Selected as fact-finder or PA Act 111 interest neutral in seven cases since 2023.

Prior to becoming a labor arbitrator, I have 26 years of experience in labor/employment matters in both private and public sectors. I started as a union steward and then vice-president of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1560 in Allentown, PA. In this capacity from 1992-2001, I performed as a labor law advocate in grievance arbitrations. During this time, I also pursued and attained a law degree and admittance to the PA Bar in October 2001. Thereafter, I served as Associate City Solicitor for the City of Allentown for 10 years and then as Director of Human Resources for 3 years.
